Method
Preparazione della base
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, butter, and sugar, then add enough water to form a dough.
- Line the tart molds with the dough and poke holes with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Preparazione della crema
- While the crust is baking, prepare the cream by mixing milk, sugar, egg yolk, cornstarch, and vanilla over low heat until thickened.
- Allow to cool and pour over the baked crust.
Decorazione
- Cover with strawberry jelly and decorate with fresh strawberry slices, placing a whole strawberry in the center.
Servire
- Serve chilled, perhaps accompanied by whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
